Platelet count directly proportional to WBC count?

I noted one thing in my spouse CBC all the time that when his Platelet count goes high his WBC also goes high(He always have normal WBC but on lower side). And when Platelet goes down WBC also goes down.
(Lowest count is 62 and WBC was borderline normal to lower side)What if Platelet goes at 20,000 or below in that case WBC holds on to normal or will go low below reference range..... Will/Can it also effect RBC. Is all this findings is normal with ITP. Or in that scenario it will be called Graves disease or Aplastic anemia and not ITP in the first look at CBC.

Canada:

In most of us with ITP, the WBC and RBC have absolutely nothing to do with the platelet count. Nothing. Sometimes treatments can affect the WBC, but the platelet count itself will not affect WBC and RBC.

Sometimes there are correlations with the platelet count and the other counts when other disorders are involved, such as MDS, Evans Syndrome, Aplastic Anemia, etc. Graves doesn't have anything to do with CBC results.

Unless his RBC and WBC are really consistently above or below the reference range, I wouldn't worry about it. We all jump around with those things depending on treatments and allergies and colds, etc. A lot of things can affect those counts.

When we tried medical treatment and when we switched to natural, our son's WBC's and RBC's bounced all over the place with his platelet count. When his platelets were low, his WBC's were low. But since ITP is an immune issue, it makes sense the WBC's would move around as well. The body realizes something is wrong and is attempting to figure out what's it's supposed to do to fix it, but it can't. It's very common for monocytes to run high during a low platelet count because that's indicative of the body fighting something (in this case, itself). All that to say, totally normal to have those counts bounce all over the place and something we found we didn't need to worry about. When platelets went normal, so did his other counts.

Thanks Patti and Sandi,

ya, I think because of low platelets we do frequent check ups and that's why get to know even a minute ups and downs in numbers(RBC, WBC, Platelets), So scary question comes to mind that what if it goes above range or goes below range, Then will it be some thing other than ITP(Knowing that ITP is the least dangerous one compared to other blood disorders with this CBC). He is not/never on any medication for ITP till now...Thanks to God.
Rest all fine he took leave from his work, this Monday he is having anal fistula surgery(latest count 124, but hemoglobin on little lower side). So we are getting ready...
