Hi! Would love to hear if anyone has had success taking any supplements or making dietary changes during pregnancy? The ones I am curious about are: beetroot, pomegranate juice, wheatgrass, probiotics, eating more meat and beans. 

I am 27 weeks and have a platelet count of 108,000 right now. It has been dropping steadily throughout my pregnancy.
