As a nonprofit corporation that receives no federal funding, the Platelet Disorder Support Association’s efforts are only made possible through the generosity of private donations, memberships, grants from corporate sponsors and fundraising efforts organized by dedicated volunteers who engage their local communities, family, friends and colleagues in their amazing grassroots events.
PDSA fundraising events are inspiring and uplifting ways to raise awareness and connect the ITP community. From bake sales and back yard clam bakes to full-length marathons, our volunteers organize events that will captivate your interests, raise your spirits and assist in empowering ITP patients.
Pump It Up For Platelets! events are 100 percent volunteer driven and connect patients and caregivers within the ITP community. They offer an opportunity for individual engagement, raise awareness, provide essential funding and empower those affected by ITP.
