IM SO HAPPY ! was created by gothicgirl
I was due to see my haematologist on Wednesday and as usual was a nervous wreck.
Whenever my fiance and I sit down in his office he always asks me to pick a number lol...Wednesday was no exception he said my count last time I saw him (about 8 weeks ago) was 112 and since then I had stopped the Prednisilone. He asked me to pick a number then asked my fiance to pick one lol he gave me another 2 chances, the highest I chose was 150, imagine my shock when he told me my count was 300 !!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually burst into tears lol with relief. I cant believe it, but my fiance and I are still convinced it was the antidepressants I was taking that caused the platelet drop in the first place because since then my GP has tried to give me other antidepressants and each one has had side effects to do with bleeding disorders
