Can someone tell me if I am able to get copies of the free literature on ITP mailed to my home address in the UK as my pc will not download them and I want my family to be able to read them so they understand my condition more.

Did you look at the UK ITP Association? They will provide leaflets free of charge and send a newsletter several times a year.
