Maybe it's just me but.... I don't think so.

There are some here on the board that are struggling with depression and or anxiety and they're asking for support. I've been surprised by some responses, just a few, that have, to me, sounded insensitive. I know we're not counsellors but I think we can do better. Maybe we need a reminder to consider if what you're saying is supportive or hurtful, helpful or abrupt. If it's not kind.... then don't reply.

I'm sure no offence has been intended but maybe double check with yourself before posting.
