ITP and Depression - Looking for support was created by gracyelala
Hi everyone,

I have been living with ITP for about 20 years. WOW just realizing that as I type it. I have been pretty lucky as I have never had to have treatment, just watching and waiting.

I have also struggled for a long time with depression and extreme fatigue and am trying to make some changes. I am trying out an app called SuperBetter that uses brain plasticity research and gamification to help change your brain and beat anxiety, depression, etc.

I am looking for some allies in the game to support each other on this journey. Anyone else out there who shares these struggles want to play with me and get superbetter together? There is an app nad you can also do it online.
