My thoughts:
If it scares you to death, it's probably not worth it. I got a tattoo about 6 years ago and my counts did not drop. However, I would not have done it if I knew then what I know now about heavy metals in the ink. You never know what long term affects that might have on your body, even if it does not affect your counts.

I have 10 tattoos all done after diagnosis. I agree with Sandi if your that worried getting a tattoo may not be what your looking for. Once you have it you have it for life!

My counts go up and down all the time so my answer is I don't know if getting a tattoo affects counts.
