My RDw has been flagged the last 4 labs but nothing was ever said just wondering if it goes with my low platelets or if it is something else? Does anyone else have this?

Have you asked your doctor what this means?

It's common to see areas of a CBC that are flagged as abnormal. That doesn't mean that there is something significantly wrong. Example - if your CBC results have 150k as the low end of normal on the reference range, a platelet count of 148 would be flagged but as you know, it's nothing to worry about.

I can't remember the last time I had a normal CBC. I usually have flags all over the place. If I get concerned, I ask the doctor. Usually it's nothing and eventually goes back to normal.
