Cholesterol lowering with I.T.P.

Cholesterol lowering with I.T.P. was created by Lady Elly
It has been over 6 years since I was diagnosed with I.T.P. My cholesterol, LDL, and Triglyceride has become higher every year. Now my cholesterol is 295, LDL 195, Triglycerides 205.

My platelet count is 5K. The doctor does not want me to take Omega 3 due to lowering the platelets and thinning the blood.

If you have any suggestion as what natural vitamins or foods that would help lower cholesterol without side effects of lowing platelets, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

What is your HDL? That is an important number.

Your HDL is good, my PCP would probably say I didn't have a problem.
