How Are You Taking Control Of Your ITP? was created by ThePlateletPrincess
I know some of you have been dealing with ITP for years, while for others this is all brand new. So I ask, what it is that you do for yourself to help make this a better process? The doctors are there doing what they have learned to do which is find away to make you better but you know your body they best, so what is it you do for yourself?

This probably should go under the General ITP Discussion section instead of the Forum Information section. You'll get more replies :)
