Sandi,

My wbc went from 8 on the 3rd of april to 3.9 on the 28th of april, I also have a low lymphocytes (absolute) count and my mpv is very high, and my platelets of course dropped from 117 to 80 and my absolute neutrophils went from 6.5 to 2.4

Chels:

A low lymphocyte can be a temporary thing, so try not to get too upset. All of those things could be caused by a virus (cold). Haven't you been sick lately? I thought I saw that in another post, maybe I'm mistaken. When is your next CBC? It's possible that things will go back to normal in a few weeks. If not, I'm sure your doctor will look into it. Just ask him about it tomorrow.

I've had abnormal labs like that so many times it doesn't phase me any more. I've even had specialists refer me to other specialists because they didn't like what they saw, but so far it's all been temporary glitches. There is no point in worrying unless you have to.

I think a one off odd result is not something to be concerned about. I'd suggest watching and seeing if it continues. If it does then ask about it more forcefully.

Your MPV will be high as your platelet count is lower, that means more new and large platelets so the average is bigger.
