Hi folks

I have just been for my second b12 shot as I am deficient. The pharmacist also recommended I take Spirulina .I did mention I have ITP.Before I start taking it I wanted to see if it is ok for us ITPers. Please can you advise or suggest where I might be able to check..

I think I will wait and discuss with hemo on 20 Feb as I don't want to take anything that might make my ITP worse!

Thank you

It's a site I trust happy - I usually go there to check on meds and supplements.

My new hematologist told me to take a multi-vitamin - my D and B12 came back fine. I don't want to take an over abundance of E, and one I looked at had 1250% of the RDA of something and I don't want that! Rob suggested I look into kids Gummies so will next time I'm at the store.
