Can you talk with your doctor and ask what is going on, ask why your red blood cells go down when your platelet count goes down? Ask him/her what this is all about. I have a wonderful hematologist I could talk to, unfortunately he passed away and I see my new one next month.

How did you almost die when you were diagnosed?
