Usually not, but every drug has the potential to cause a platelet drop. It depends on the individual.

Nope, tylenol is great in that it doesn't effect them.
Diagnosed: August 2013, lowest count 2k.
Treatments: IVIG, Prednisone, transfusions.
Current Count: 233k, 12/23/2013.
Currently: Watching/waiting.
