Day 26- Rituxi - As per today's CBC report platelet count is 8k, she has few red spots in her mouth. Continuously taking 50mg omnacotril and 75mg Promacta from last one and half month but no positive effect. Doctor is asking us to be ready for Splenectomy now.

Doctor has not prescreibed Nplate to her, we have gone to few hematologists but no one suggested for that the only option we got from doctors are Revolate, Anit-D, IVIG, Rituximab and Splenectomy.

What is the cost of Nplate?
