Gut back to normal, counts back up

Gut back to normal, counts back up was created by eklein
After two months of pain and D from straying (mildly!)from what I know I can eat my counts had dropped down to 98 a few months ago. I got back on the straight and narrow, my guts are better and my count is back up to 258 today. Also gone is the fatigue and aches and brain fog that for me come with the low counts.

It won't work for everyone, but if you have an 'irritable bowel' and chronic D you might get some platelet benefit if you can get your gut healed. For me it was figuring out I had fructose malabsorption - my clue was that apple juice was one food that I knew made me sick sick sick.

Wow, that's amazing! After constantly saying that most things don't make a difference, I've got to admit that you are one exception.

I can't drink apple juice or orange juice either, but I can eat the fruit and drink other juices. Have no idea what that means.
