Has anyone ever developed asthma after being diagonised with ITP? I started having issues with shortness of breathe right after the start of my journey with ITP. I just thought it was from all the meds that I was taking but it as getting worst with time and finally said something to my doctor. Now I am on inhalers and taking breathing treatments...WHAT NEXT!!!! I am fighting to get my count up and now fighting to catch my breathe.

Asthma is autoimmune, and sometimes people develop more than one autoimmune disorder. That's about the only connection there is.
