I had such a drama day today..

I went to meet with the surgeon yesterday.. Today I had to go to the anesthetic for a pre-operation thingy.. The docter was supposed to call me yesterday with the results of my CBC but he didn't call.. So after my appointment with the anesthetic I walked to the hematology poli to ask why he didn't call.. She said she would make sure the doctor would call me today.. So I walked away.. leterally 2 minutes later she called me to ask if I could come back to meet the doctor.. So I went back and had to wait there for an hour!! She even offered me something to drink wich never happend before.. so I kind off started to panic.. then the doctor finally came.. And he was a bit paniced as well..! He told me my patelet cound was 1.. So we had to do someting.. then he lookes at the lab results again and realised he made a mistake.. And my counts where still 54..

So a lot of panic over nothing.. But he was concerned cus they keep on dropping and he didn't want to wait till I got to one.. So he wanted to make sure I got my splenectomy as soon as possible.. Now I will get IVig (I thinkt that's how you call it in english) on thuesday and wednesday.. And then I will have my surgery monday the 11th.. So that's soon:O I'm happy it's going so quick but it was kind off hectic and still is..
I still have to get my vaccins next week.. am in the hospital whole thuesday and wednesday.. and I also have exams next week.. Sooo kind of stressed out.. But looking forward to being done with this..
