ITP and fatigue was created by Sandi
This came from the PDSA FB page:

Many people with ITP deal with fatigue. Dr. Thachil offers the following suggestions in the March issue of The Platelet: check thyroid levels since low thyroid levels contribute to fatigue; check for other autoimmune diseases; coordinate treatments and be aware of symptoms for any other autoimmune conditions or diseases the patient has. The Platelet is a quarterly publication of the ITP Support Association in the UK.

I tried to get a copy of the article, but wasn't able to. It's good advice!

Hello

Could over-weight be a cause for ITP fatigue? My doctor asked me to reduce my calorie ingestion and to exersice more and to have a better diet. I have a history or cardiac desease siblings.

Reboot,

I don't think those things would hurt! My attitude is now I don't have control over itp but I do have control over my overall health.

Sandi,
I will try to find that article and post it if I find it! It is really good advice!
