ITP relapse-need ITP specialist in Philly area

Well, looks like my ITP is back with a vengeance after a long remission. Ivig/decadron pulse have all failed. i will post more details later as this board looks like a great resource and am glad to have found it. Of more pressing concern, does anyone have a recommendation for an ITP specialist in the Philly area? My insurance does not cover NY/Mass where some of the national experts are located.
