Low Energy & Low Pulse Rate was created by Lady Elly
I noticed that my pluse rate has been in the 40's lately. My energy levels are down and my platelets have been low. Last check they were 11K.

Does anyone else notice their pulse rate is low when engergy level is low?

Well, your energy may be low due to the low pulse rate and low Platelets.

A resting heart rate lower than 60, can be related to Bradycardia. A heart rate this low does not pump enough oxygen rich blood to the body. Some symptoms are; fainting or near fainting, weakness, fatigue, Dizziness, shortness of breath, confussion, easy tiring during physical activities.

Do you have hypertension or use medication related to heart problems? If it continues, I would consider seing a Dr for it.

I think your energy may be low because your pulse is low. Maybe call your GP?
