Don't know what to do

I'm 26 I have had itp since I was 17 I have tried every treatment steroids, rituxin, splenectomy, cytoxin, promacta all either didn't work or a severe reaction I had a stroke with nplate a year ago due to the doctors trying to keep my levels around 200 but I also had pneumonia three times during my time with nplate. I have been using ivig which never used to work but for done reason it did after nplate I've been using it for about ten months now worked very well at first but now it's becoming less and less effective and I don't want to lose my emergency drug I'm supposed to start nplate again tomorrow but I'm really just thinking about living with low platelets what would you guys do?

I'm seeing more and more doctors are going that route of just watch and wait, especially so in pediatrics. What are your usual counts without treatment? Are you an active bleeder? (oh, wait--I did read your posts about the heavy periods)
What you haven't tried yet is some of the natural treatments. Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Reiki, Prayer and Spiritual Healing, Qi Gong, Matrix Energetics are all energy medicines. A disturbance in the electro-magnetic field of the body requires an energetic medicine to heal it. Drugs and special foods and supplements act chemically in the body, not energetically, so they will never truly heal the underlying cause. They can palliate, they can suppress symptoms, but suppressing symptoms will always lead to deeper, more serious disease.
