Hi i will like a feedback i work in retail 9 up to 11 hours 5 days up to 6 day per week, i dont know when i will be able to go back to work i been home for a while and obvious because i was not feeling good, i love my job and im very fast well i was, now my energy is not the same, well i guess my questions how long it take for me to go back to normal i think this is like the 3rd time that i ask this question sorry if i ask again my doctor didnt know he told me is all depends on each body .

Your Dr is right. Everyone is different, so it is hard to say. I went through the same thing. It was a real struggle to go to work. I started working reatil in 85. Worked my way to full time until 94. I started my full time night job in 94 and continued to work afternoons at the reatil job, Mon, Tues and everyother Wed. I really cut back on the retail job a few years after diagnosed with ITP. Recently quit the reatil job. What type of retail do you work in?

I work for Apparel, home decor and shoes and 100 % of my time is running an take care everything in my department i was able to do it before but after my platelets drop and with all this medication i dont know if im going to be able and they want me to be 100% all the time with no restrictions ,
im still know when im going back to work.

Retail can be tough, especially when there is not enough employees to cover the sales floor. Hope you get energy back so it does not affect your job!! Try one of the 5hr energy drinks and see it it helps you.
