  • it has been 3 years alreay since my knowledge of my ITP. it took a year but everything is back to normal and on 10-29-12 i gave blood so that i can help somone in the same condition i was in or worse. it is just a good deed that paid off in the short run.

My name is Rebekah and I am 17 years old. Since I was diagnosed with ITP I have been having more health problems such as: stomach issues, reproductive issues,seizues, shaking spells along with mineral imbalances that have caused muscle spasms. The most dangerous one so far is my blood sugar.i am now in pre diabetic stage and i have no idea what to do. Please help if you can?

ITP won't cause any of those issues but the treatments can cause some of them. You really need to speak to your doctor about it - some of them sound serious. Have you had any tests done?
