I was scaring when I read this news. Many people with ITP have BM tests, and they came out OK. With this news; almost ITP patients have BM fibrosis. We want to live our lives with health, peace and happiness to take care for our families, but this news makes me nervous, worried and stressed. Sandi, please give your opinion about this news if you know anything about this. Thank you very much.

I believe they are talking about ITP patients who are using TPO's. Most people using the TPO's are aware of that risk and know that it usually reverses when the drug is stopped. No reason to worry.

If anyone knows anything different, please jump in.

In other words it is amazing how a little bit of informations sends us so easily into fear mode. Which is understandable. I find my way works best for me and that is to not be sucked into reading all this stuff because it only gets my heart bumping a little bit faster and 9 times out of 10 it probably don't affect me.

So it is much better to be innocent in the know and just deal with what ever comes your way. Find out about it if there is any slightest hint of a diagnoses otherwise we could really scare ourselves proper silly scared if we read everything what could happen because of having this and that.

It good to know where we can go for reliable information when we need to. But good to know we don't need to go there until we need to. ;)
