Frustrated!!! was created by Dean
I am so Frustrated with having NO energy!!!. I have developed a little cough the last few days but I just have not had any energy for several weeks. Last week my count was 165k. Going to have counts checked in the next few days. I just wanted to vent to those that have been there.
Thanks

Sorry you are feeling poopy Dean... trust me within the last month, I have totally lost my oomph! I have not been able to go to the gym and do my "normal activities in weeks... Yes, maybe you need to see where your levels are. I hope that you figure it out soon. But listen to your body... if you are tired, chill out... Have a good day... *hugs*

How long has the cough been going on - have you asked to be checked out to find if there might be a reason for having no energy [complete blood work up], do you have allergies, are you sleeping at night?

Well, the counts are good, 171k so that gave me a little boost. Chest x-ray showed a concern, not sure what he called it. Gave me a scrip for z-pac. Recheck in a week, CT if no improvement. The coughing is really wearing me out!! CBC, Thyroid, iron levels are fine. Allergies may be playing a roll also, plus I work nights, so I think the deck is stacked against me. I have a hard time saying NO to people when they need something done, so I tend to run myself down physically. Time to start listening to my body I guess.
Kasha, your picture always makes me smlie.:)

I am very happy that they put you on the Zpac and good for you for getting checked out. I understand running ourselves down... I can't sit still to save my life and my friends and family are always scolding me for doing too much... but oh well you only get one life so I try to make the most out of every day!!! Try to get some rest Dean (easier said than done)

Glad I make you smile... I am a little nutty at times, don't mind me.... :)
