Yeah, it's one that I read before but couldn't remember where. I finally found it. I didn't realize how much junk you come up with when you search ITP. You really have to dig to get the good stuff. I haven't done a simple ITP search in a while.

It says splenectomy not recommended when SLE and ITP. Interesting.
