Count today 246k. Whew. Was a little worried, I had a lot of migraines plus tiredness and a bad chest cold this month. But it's cool.

I don't know if it's the ideal scenario, but it's been done.

I don't know about the N-plate ?, but I had a splenectomy in /06 and did Rituxan last year. So far, my counts are normal. Hope this helps at least a bit.

Your experience is very encouraging since I received my Rituxan Rx 8/10. It "kicked in" about a month later and I've been concerned about its potential longevity.
