I like those videos b2h.
There was another video there that I found provocative. Probably because it reinforces what I've been harping about: combining steroids with Promacta/Nplate. Here is the link.

This combination does very well for row 2 folks in my ITP table. It speeds response time, see 'note 1'. Even those with row 2&1 (partial steroid response) benefit.

One precaution though, not brought out in the video. This combination should probably only be tried once it is established steroids/dex alone is inadequate. Because in that case dangerously high counts could occur with this treatment combination.
