So recently diagnosed with itp, and just kinda really lost with it, my counts were around 80000 and then put on steroids went up to 155000 and then within 2 weeks back down to 130000 after being off the steroids for its than a week. Had a really bad reaction to the steroids. Does anyone else feel really tired like when their counts are low. Any natural remedies that help with this? Just tired of being tired all the time and I work in schools so I'm always around sickly people then i get sick and my counts go back down. Any advice would be awesome!!!!

Why are you on any treatment at all?
ITP doesn't need treating with a count >30k unless the patient has severe bleeding problems

I think he was just seeing if the treatment would help bring it back up initially, my iron levels were way low also, so i was also on iron twice daily. Does it make you feel extremely tired when your counts are low.

Low iron levels can also obviously cause fatigue, as can stopping Prednisone.

Your counts that you mentioned above are not really 'low'. Have they been below 80,000?
