Next week I start n-Plate. I'm no longer responding to anything. Steroids included. With 2 young boys I'm out of options. If this doesn't work then I will consider a splenectomy. It saddens me that I've gone 9 years with my spleen. I really want to keep it. IVIG only lady 2 weeks at best. Rituxian I had no response to. I'm sad I have to
Stop nursing my baby. I'm not ready to stop but I need to be healthy. It's been a long while since I've been on the board

The boys are doing well. My oldest will be 3 in April (already) and the baby just hit 16 months.
