Have a look at the threads about Promacta as that's what it's called in the US and most here are in the US.

Personally I'm using Nplate which has a similar action to Revolade and find it works well although my count is a bit erratic.

I've been on Promacta for 2.5 years now (after many other treatments stopped working).
Currently, a 50mg dose keeps me in the 40k-50k range.
Tolerable side-effects and now I only have to get checked twice a year.

Sounds like a response, so good for you. It can take time to get the dose right. You may well find in a while that you have to drop the dose back down as your body gets used to it.
