Can Petechai be light pink? My dd has a rash/cluster of tiny bumps on her chest that is similar to the petechai but they are light pink. When she was in the hospital she had a similar red cluster of bumps.

Petechiae shouldn't be bumpy at all; it's flat. If it's bumpy, it's not petechiae and they are generally dark red.
