Our 12 year old daughter was diagnosed 2 weeks ago after a number of attempts on my part to question why all of the symptoms were occurring. Just starting to get our heads around it all.
Can I ask about flying. We have a family holiday in 2 weeks which would be good for everyone's mental wellbeing but really not sure what is for the best. Our daughter is fab about the whole thing and is taking blood tests and a change of duet very much in her stride. Really proud of her, :)

The activities which are safe (flying, sword fighting, cliff diving, roller coasters, etc.) depend on platelet counts and bleeding symptoms.
