Anybody else waiting out the record breaking storm? We've got 13 inches of powdery snow in the Minneapolis area already, the airport is closed, city buses have given up, the temperatures are still dropping and snow is falling still and blowing hard sideways. We cleared the driveway four times so far today and you can't even tell.
It didn't start snowing until late last night so I think most people got home safely and were able to stock up if they needed anything. I haven't seen reports of power outages.
Looks like everyone on my street is waiting until tomorrow to dig out. It should stop snowing tonight, and will be slightly less windy tomorrow although temperatures will only reach a high of around zero F.
