Hi,

I was diagnosed last October after having my third child. After that and 8 months on Pred my cycle is getting back to some sort of normal. I have noticed that my counts tend to drop around the time I ovulate. I haven't been able to find any solid info on this and I see my OBGYN again this OCT. I was wondering if anybody has noticed this same occurrence or would have any idea where I can find information on this.

Maybe cyclic thrombocytopenia.. not strictly ITP but often wrongly diagnosed as such..
