Does anyone have any experience with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and the Autoimmune Diet? I have a friend who has a different autoimmune disease and she said this helped her.

I don't know about that one but I tried Paleo for a while and it helped (not for ITP, for Lupus). I want to get back to it.
