Hema Plex suppliment was created by Rose
Has anyone heard of or tried a suppliment called HemaPLex? I am interested in this as I have been told it will increase my platelet counts as I am 3 1/2 months into my diagnosis of ITP and continue to struggle with low counts. Thanks in advance for any input! Rose

I haven't seen anyone mention it. Looks like it is just a multi-vitamin, a little expensive but not terribly. Here are the active ingredients: VITAMIN C: 300mg, Vitamin E: 30IU, Vitamin B1: 25mg, Vitamin B2: 25mg, Niacin: 50mg, Vitamin B6: 25mg, Folate: 400mcg, Vitamin B12: 500mcg, Pantothenic Acid: 25mg, Calcium: 25mg, Iron: 85mg, Zinc: 5mg, Selenium: 10mcg, Copper: 2mg, Manganese: 5mg, L-Cysteine: 50mg, PROANTHOPLEX: 25mg, Beet: 15mg, BIOPERINE: 2.5mg

Nothing special I don't think.
