Therapeutic NPlate Levels was created by Bub
My dad is finally doing well and his Platelets are up from 4 to 113 thanks to Nplate! Can anyone tell me what your doctor is recommending for therapeutic levels on Nplate? We always understood 50-100 was therapeutic on Nplate. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts about continuing to use NPlate with counts at 113? Thakns for all your input!! :silly:

The information given by the drug company is here.. www.nplate.com/ and hit the link for "prescribing information & medication guide" where it talks of the count being between 50 and 200 but not to aim at a normal count. So according to them, 113 is fine.

I've had 5 NPlate injections. My counts on it have been as high as 377! That's to high for NPlate though. My count last week was 287 so I didn't get the injection. I'm thinking I'll be done with it now since I've started Rituxan. I think your dad's counts are excellent!
