 Here's another drug, that seems to go well with some of your other drugs for ITP. 

It's ATRA or All Trans Retinoic Acid. It can raise the power of steroids and rituximab. Maybe a bit like taking TPO agonists, which maybe is why my doctor doesn't want me to add ATRA to my danazol. It seems like a good thing to try, since I'm taking danazol, with only some success, by itself. I have Cyclic Thrombocytopenia, so I understand that TPO agonists probably are not the right thing for me, so maybe ATRA isn't either, in my case. Who knows...

Its actually considered a retinol related to vitamin A, so the first A in ATRA can remind you of that, if you like.
