I am a bit confused about the amount of calcium I can have per day while taking Promacta. Is it 50mg per day? Or just do not consume over 50 Mg of calcium two hours after taking Promacta? Also what time do you take Promacta and do you take it with any other med?

Over here in the UK (at my pharmacy) we are advised to use an 8 hour window i.e. less than 50mg of calcium for 4 hours either side of Eltrombopag (Promacta)
I get up about 6:30 am and do a completely normal diet (which includes lots of calcium as I have osteoporosis) until about 6.30-7pm then dose when I've got into bed around 10.30-11pm.
