I'm new to the forum. I was diagnosed in 2012 with ITP, however didn't need to start meds until May 2019. I started Promacta after I bottomed out at 4,000. I began at 50 mg and am currently on 25 mg with stable counts (65-90,000). My issue is that I have had increased teeth sensitivity and pain. Some days are worse than others and I wondered if others had similar problems. Overall my teeth are healthy.

FWIW, I've had teeth sensitivity months before needing a (single) root canal. What helped was buying a tooth paste for 'sensitive teeth'. But I suppose, it was pain/discomfort pretty much localized to one quadrant or section. So is your issue with all or most of your teeth, or, just an area of several teeth?
