So in the last four years my itp has been very chronic, I've been on Prednisone,promecta, nplate,rituxin,am currently in the hospital for the fifth time in eight months receiving plateyand ivig meds so my question is , is their anyone experiencing this situation

You were diagnosed 4 years ago? What have your counts been?
What was your count when you were sent to the hospital for platelets and IVIg?

There is a percentage of ITP'ers that only respond to IVIG and high doses of Nplate. If this is your case, Fostamatinib (aka Tavalisse) is a new drug and might be a good candidate to try.
