5 years remission now after Rituximab was created by kyasseen
Hi All,
Just had my bloods done. And my count today was:
183
This is now 5 years of remission after Rituximab treatment.
So I'm really happy that this treatment worked for me.
I feel a cloud is lifting.

All the best

I’m so glad to hear your good news. I’ve had ITP for 1year and just finished my 3rd week of Rituximab and am so hoping I go into remission. Your 5 years gives me hope. Thanks

It can happen! I had a round of Rituxan in 2004 and got a year out of it. In 2005, counts dropped and I had one infusion. My counts have been good since.
