Tavalisse as a luxury drug was created by hamid_80386
We were follow Tavalisse production news and had hope about it,
But now it seem that tavalisse is ش luxury drug for non US people.
The drug is 9450$ for us people that can use it with commercial insurance which reduce the price to only 15$ ! amazing!
But for people that live in other countries like Iran that income is very low, this is very huge, Because people in other country cann't have commercial insurance, In addition PPP(purchasing power parity) in many countries is much less than US, if a worker get 2000$ per month in US, a worker in Iran get only 150$ per months, this mean for 9450$ we must work 63 months without any food to get one box of tavalisse, it's not fair.
ITP treatment in some country has very good status, but in many countries is very bad.

Tavalisse/Fostamatinib is very new.
My guess is that Cyclosporin A is as effective as Tavalisse is. That is, those that respond to one drug will respond to the other drug, and vice versa.

It's simple my dear Watson , errr ahhh I mean, Anne.
Just assume my ITP table is correct. Fostamatinib is an effective treatment in row 4 and no other row. Same with Cyclosporin.

Also Nplate is luxury in Iran
