Hooray for no negative effects from the gluten. I'm glad to hear your skin is doing better.
Regarding the count, honestly I wouldn't conclude any kind of a decline from going to 70 to 63 to 61. Considering the margin of error, those are all basically the same thing, so I would say that you are stable. Anything less than +/- 10 is basically the same count in my book.
So it looks like the promacta is doing really well for you and has you right in the target zone. Congrats!

Note, between the 70 and the 63 there was a 67 and a 68. Forgetting that it is platelet count for a second, it really is a slowly declining 'number'. I am stunned by it's consistency too. Worse yet, when dosing at 50mg and then at 25mg all the counts were proportional to dose too! Finally when going to 12.5mg it got a little non linear. As I mentioned to Anne, the single data point for 12.5mg before Danazol is '52'.
Next time I see my doctor I'm going to tease her that 'I paid good money to their nurse to get those counts'.

Latest count is 58. 12.5mg of Promacta.
Finally got both AST and ALT liver enzyme levels back into the 20s. ALT wasn't cooperating and was being stubborn in the 40s. So, the past 6 weeks I've been taking Vit B-complex and the last couple of weeks I added 'SAMe' to speed recovery.

Started Danazol @ 50mg. Continuing with Promacta. Expecting to cut back Promacta in a month or two, as on first try with Danazol. With any luck this drug will not be a problem long term at this low 50mg dose. My expectation going in here is that counts will rise to some value and level off. Then staying on for a year after that occurs. Give time for those T cells to roll over with fresh generations.
