prednisone & splenectomy adverse effects & care

I had 60mg day prednisone at age 11 for my platelets of 13,000 given as few months till doctors chose splenectomy. I improved but rarely stall had low platelets. My problem is I became severely sick at age 14 & learned years later I've mild hypo pituitary with lactation & low IgM of asplenia, sometimes severe low IgM. I do have additional medical disorders but it turns out my hypo pituitary & low IgM worsen even other genetic issues that wouldn't be so bad without my low IgM & pituitary problems I suspect ate due to my itp, prednisone & asplenia. I almost died of thrombocytopenia age 7 years prior diagnosed & I was covered with bruises years even pte kindergarten age. Can a child with itp or high dose prednisone get pituitary & lactation issues. Local doctors no longer want to care for my pituitary med need or my immune infection issue that needs antibiotics &/or IV saline to flush out. I need to travel to a pituitary & low IgM expert but I'm not sure who's best & if there's assistance for travel & lodging for that. Any info?

I don't know. Do you have CVID?
ITP isn't connected to pituitary problems, I'm not sure about steroids. If so, it isn't a common thing.
