Hi,
I am new to the forum. I have had low platelets for years, but just had a bad bleed because of taking too much Excedrine.

Now I am afraid to take any supplements and don't know what to take and what not to take. Does anyone know if it's safe to take Wellness Formula or Zinc? I feel a cold coming on and am afraid to take anything. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Deb

Can't answer your question directly but I was told no ibuprofen or asparin for my kid with ITP.
