I hope it works for you Amber. I tried it starting at Igm a day. No response to that so dose increased. After 2 months on 2gm a day when I'd actually had 2 counts over 50 in the whole period I was so low in mood with a count of 32 that I came off it.

Apart from it affecting my mood I had no other side effects.

If you post this in the Treatment-General section you will probably get more answers - this is the forum information section that is questions about the forum not ITP so a lot don't come here usually.

Is this the drug that can cause neuropathy?

I tried it for Lupus and couldn't think straight. I felt like my mind went blank...couldn't function at my job so had to quit taking it.
